Hello I'm Annel and welcome to my INTRAsite!
I'm very happy to be a part of the Lifestyles Family and I am excited to share my story with you!
I was introduced to Lifestyles in February 2018 by my sister, Dr Aimee Vergara - Executive Director at Lifestyles Philippines.
I’ve been a nurse in the UK for a good while now and due to the nature of our job we occasionally get some pains here and there and back pains are the most common for nurses. I have been feeling some upper back pains and as per usual I would take Paracetamol and Ibuprofen alternately, but it wasn’t until December 2017 when I felt excruciating pain and numbness on my neck, upper back and down to my right arm. When I went to my doctor I was given stronger pain killers (Naproxen and Pregabalin) and also requested for an MRI. 2 months after, I was still in pain and none of those painkillers have worked and even the physiotherapies I attended didn’t help. And the worrying thing was that the MRI showed degenerative disease of the C-Spine. When I told my sister about it, she just told me to start taking Intra®. For some reason I didn’t hesitate and just said I’ll check if I can get it from here - since I’ve never heard of it I wasn’t sure if there’ll be an office here, and surprisingly there is an office here in the UK (since 1990 😲) I just bought 3 bottles initially to try it and my sister warned me about the detoxification period that every person experiences once you start taking Intra®. She told me to take 30mls 3x a day for 3 days, then increase it to 5x a day for 2 more days. I was only on the 2nd day of taking it but I already felt the effect of detoxification and I’ve never felt so much pain in my life. I wanted to stop taking it because I couldn’t stand the pain but I won’t be able to see the effect if I did. So I just carried on and completed the 5 days and after that I've never felt so good like nothing happened and I continued taking it 5x a day. I have stopped taking the pain killers since I started taking Intra® so I can see the effect and after 2 weeks I never had to take any painkillers at all.
Lifestyles products did not only help me but also my father who had a heart attack in 2013 and not to mention, our blockbuster story on this amazing product is our brother - who had a Subarachnoid Haemorrhage in December 2015. Doctors have asked for half a million (in Philippine money) and they will do a Craniotomy and operate on my brother, but there was no guarantee that he will live - where in most cases people end up as ‘vegetables’ after an operation. And so my sister, Dra. Aimee Vergara waived the operation and just gave my brother Intra - 30mls every half an hour for 48 hours and my brother was awake after 72 hours. To this day, my brother is alive and he’s walking on his own and I thank God every day for introducing the Lifestyles products to our family.
