I am blessed and grateful to be a part of the Lifestyles Family and that I am excited to share my story with you!
I joined Lifestyles on December 2014 and bought the Express Direct package. I take the products, share it with my family, friends, relatives, colleagues and to others.
From the time I bought the package, I regularly take Intra® every day. After 2 weeks, I noticed one benefit...I was no longer having my usual migraine before my monthly period. I thought it was just a coincidence but month after month, I did not experience any more migraine or uneasiness during my period. I do believe that Intra® provided me with all the nutrients that help and strengthen my body systems. Moreover, after few months of taking Intra®, I realized that I no longer experience the bloating and acidity in my stomach caused by my multiple gallstones even sometimes I ate a bit of fatty and oily foods.
